Refund & Cancellation Policy

1] Returns/Cancellations: Seller does not offer returns or exchanges. However, the management may use its discretion to offer refunds or store credits in certain cases, which discretion shall be exercised on a case-to-case basis, and the customer is not bestowed with any inherent right for return or exchange, in pursuance to this policy.
2] Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, Seller will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment or in your store account credit, within 14 working days. However, the period prescribed above is variable and Seller is not bound by the same.
3] Late or missing refunds (if applicable): Subsequent to approval of your return and the receipt of the returned goods to the Seller, if you haven’t received a refund within the prescribed period, you’re requested to check the same with your Bank/Card Company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
4] Shipping (if applicable): Upon approval of your return by Seller, you are required to ship your product, You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5]Restocking Fee (if applicable): Restocking fee would be a minimum of 20% of the order amount for all orders.
